Leadership Backed by Real-World Experience

Rick Robinette, CEO & Founder, brings more than four decades of hands-on experience across manufacturing, direct-to-consumer, and retail distribution—offering a rare, full-spectrum perspective on the nutraceutical industry.

He began his career in 1983 with Leiner Health Products, a leading nutraceutical and OTC manufacturer, where he developed a strong operational and commercial foundation. He later served as executive vice president of sales for a national direct-to-consumer diet brand, helping expand its footprint into more than 60,000 retail locations.

A Proven Track Record of Building and Scaling Brands

In 2007, Rick acquired Naturade, a legacy natural products company founded in 1926, and led the organization as CEO. Under his leadership, the brand continued to evolve and grow before being successfully sold to a private equity group in 2012.

Following this milestone, he founded Turnkey Sales & Marketing to bring his experience, industry relationships, and practical, results-driven approach to brands seeking growth across multiple channels.
